The March 2022 BIPA Meeting was focused on discussing the recent updates on the Corporate Transparency and Register Reform. The long awaited response to the consultation has been finally published by BEIS and Companies House alongside a White Paper Policy Overview which BIPA will continue to monitor closely. As an industry body, BIPA believes that our role during this crisis is to ensure that the economy continues to benefit from informed credit decisions and we are reaching out to government and other stakeholders to offer our help in whatever way we can.
