BIPA to respond to BEIS and Companies House Consultation

BIPA members will be responding on behalf of the trade credit industry to the consultation around new proposals to enhance the the role of Companies House, in order to help increase the transparency of UK corporate entities and help combat economic crime. Companies House Consultation

After the recent announcement by Companies House and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, to open up a consultation around a corporate transparency and register reform, BIPA members have agreed to meet and respond to the consultation.

    COVID-19

    The Covid-19 crisis is first and foremost a humanitarian crisis and all our members are putting people first in their response. As an industry body, BIPA believes that our role during this crisis is to ensure that the economy continues to benefit from informed credit decisions and we are reaching out to government and other stakeholders to offer our help in whatever way we can. We will provide updates as appropriate.
