It was a pleasure to chair the June 2023 Business Information Providers Association (BIPA) meeting online yesterday. Members discussed a variety to topics relevant to the UK Business Information industry including the VAT Data Sharing Scheme, Companies House reform and a recent government open consultation on Smarter regulation non-financial reporting that UK companies need to comply with to produce their annual report, and whether company size thresholds remain appropriate. Lots of actions for the month ahead. We look forward to meeting in person in July.
