Companies House announce corporate transparency and register reform

After much anticipation, Companies House have released news that they will be proposing a reform of the way it operates. They will be allowing people to provide their input on this via their online consultation.
The consultation considers reform to the information companies are required to disclose, increasing the checks on this information and measures to improve the exchange of intelligence between Companies House and UK Law Enforcement bodies.
